Square One Blueberry Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4c coconut water
  • 1/2c water
  • 3 Tbsp Cashews,
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4c blueberries
  • 1/3c whole rolled oats
  • 4 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Chia
  • 2 Dates

Add all of the above ingredients to your lend and whizz for 1 minute or until oats are well blended.
