Square One Green Cashew Nut Milk

Mmmmm Nut Milk! This recipe is a brand new one we have been experimenting with. We seem to be eating our body weight in nuts at the moment.... its not Autumn and we are not squirrels, so unsure why, but we figured we should at least try something new if we are going to carry on this way! So why not a new nut milk to add to our ever popular Almond milks. Note... this recipe is not the recipe we follow for our Almond milks (sorry for those that keep asking, it's top secret!).


  • 400ml Filtered Water
  • 1/4 slick of Celery
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Large Handful of Spinach


Pop all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until completely smooth. Allow at lease 1 minute.

Makes 2-3 servings - depending on how hungry you are!
