Avocados are very nutritious and contain a wide variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins and minerals including Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5 and B6 and Vitamin E. Great for your skin, heart and blood!
- 1 large ripe avocado
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 TBSP Olive Oil
- Sea Salt and Pepper
- 4 TBSP water
Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz for 30 seconds
