Not only is watercress a natural antibiotic but it is also packed with Vitamin A and C, both known for their cancer fighting abilities.On top of that it is rich in iron and calcium.
- 1/2 cup alkaline Water
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh mango
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of watercress
- 1 handful of parsley
Whizz all ingredients in a blender till well combined.
