Orange and Watercress Smoothie

Refreshing and full of flavour. This tangy smoothie not only tastes great but has the added benefits of watercress, a natural antibiotic! 

Know your nutrients

Not only is watercress a natural antibiotic but it is also packed with Vitamin A and C, both known for their cancer fighting abilities.On top of that it is rich in iron and calcium. 


  • 1/2 cup alkaline Water
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of watercress
  • 1 handful of parsley


Whizz all ingredients in a blender till well combined.
