Omega-3 oils can be found in flaxseeds, olive and avocado oils, chia seeds and walnuts. Why should you include them in your diet? Omega-3 is a known anti-inflammatory and is well researched and found to help improve mental well being a stamina. We can all do with a bit of cognitive support on a daily basis!!
- 1kg of carrots
- 2 lemons peeled
- 4 TSPN flaxseed, avocado or olive oil
- A handful of walnuts
Juice carrots and lemon. Add to a blender with oil and walnuts and blitz for 30 seconds.
