- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen or ripe
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 scoop The Good Green Stuff
- 1/2 TSPN cinnamon
- 2 cups of water
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until completely smooth.
