Melons are an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, potassium and Lycopene. Lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that may help prevent cell damage and has been linked to reduced rates of certain cancers and a reduced risk of heart disease. It is also very high in fibre, keeping you full for longer and providing great support to your digestive system.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 250g melon (any melon of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 scoop Good Green Stuff
  • 2 cups Alkaline water

Method

Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz.
