There is something spectacular about the combination of chilli and lime! This dressing is a great addition to the detox to add extra flavour, while also adding some much needed spice to keep your digestion humming!
Know your Nutrients
Chilli is a natural detoxifier. They remove waste products from our body and increase the supply of nutrients to the tissues. They also act as a gastrointestinal detoxifier, helping in the digestion of food.
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (3 limes approx)
- 1 1/4 cup Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 TBSP Raw Honey
- 1 1/2 TBSP Tamari
- 1/2 Red Chilli, chopped
Add all ingredients to a screw top jar and shake until well mixed and blended. Shake again before serving.
