This delicious sauce will be a one hit wonder that you undoubtably use many more times!
- 3 celery stalks, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 TBLSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 handful fresh parsley chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 TSPN salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until quite smooth, add a little water if necessary. Makes about 1.5 cups.
